What is the BATHROOM COST?

It’s a good question! So before we tell you, let us know:

The design of your bathroom (layout etc), is it a villa or an apartment? In apartments, we are restricted to move things… while in villas we can change everything.
— from this, we will be able to tell you the cost of the work involved :

• bathtub or shower?
• shower mixer – concealed or exposed
• ceiling? (gypsum or 60×60 panels?)
• what kind of lighting?
• tiling – big tile, small tile, or marble? a full bathroom or just some areas?
• WC – freestanding? concealed? – wall hanging or floor standing?
• Vanity – ready-made? or custom-made? 
  extras: Do you need a water heater? valves to change? Note: the more complicated you go – works and materials cost more. There is NO -‘ good quality and cheap prices.

All of the above can vary depending on what you are going to do and buy, the cost starts from AED 19,000 to…….. hundreds…
